Ninny, the invisible child, was ill-treated at a very young age and became unnoticeable. The caretaker took Ninny to Too-ticky who, in turn, took the little girl to the Moomin family. The Moomins welcome Ninny with open arms, and with their love and some time, Ninny’s self-confidence is restored, and she becomes visible again.
